If you are a current customer of Number Train, we will use the information you provide on our CRM to contact you regarding our services, for example processing your payment, making you aware of changes to class times or venues and asking for feedback.  

Your personal information will be held for an indefinite amount of time to form my customer database on the Class4kids website as we know many return years later with other children. It allows means we can contact you to evaluate the impact of the programme years later and update you on any developments.  We will store your data unless we receive a request to change this.

You may stop receiving any communications at any time by contacting us. Please email your request to numbertrain@hotmail.com. We will comply with any request within 28 days.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification info to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic info not linked to any personal identification info regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates.
